What does an IPTV subscription actually get you?

Bottom line: a subscription here is a login, not a box and not an app. It gives you access to live channels, movies and series, delivered over your own internet connection and watched through a player app on a device you probably already own. Every plan carries the same lineup. The only thing that changes between them is how long the term runs and what that works out to per month.

That is a duller description than most of this market offers, and it is the accurate one. If the technology itself is new to you, what is IPTV covers the delivery method before the commercial side.

What is included in a subscription

Every plan on this site carries the same access. Nothing is held back for the longer terms.

Live television, organised into the categories most households actually use: national news networks, live sports, kids programming, documentaries, entertainment, and international packages. Our channel list describes the categories in more detail.

Movies and series on demand, held as a library you browse rather than a schedule you wait for.

The programme guide, so the live grid reads like a television guide instead of a list of channel names.

HD as standard, and 4K where it is available. Whether a given channel arrives in 4K depends on the source and on your connection, so we describe it as available rather than guaranteed.

We describe the lineup in categories rather than a channel count on purpose. Counts in this market go stale within weeks as sources change, and a number that is wrong is worse than a category that is right.

What it costs, and what changes between plans

Four lengths, one lineup, one price each. The longer the term, the lower the cost per month.

PlanTermPriceWorks out to
Standard1 month$25$25 a month
Medium3 months$40about $13.33 a month
Elite6 months$60$10.00 a month
Premium12 months$80about $6.67 a month

The pricing page holds the same figures with the ordering detail beside them. There is no setup fee, no activation fee and no hidden line at the end.

If you have never used a service like this, the one month plan exists precisely so you do not have to guess. A year is a better deal only once you already know it works in your house, on your connection, on your television.

How ordering works, and when you pay

This is where this site differs most from what you will find elsewhere, so it is worth being exact.

  1. You choose a plan length and place the order on the site. No card details are asked for, because the site does not process card payments and stores no card data.
  2. We confirm the order with you on WhatsApp, usually within 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. Your activation details arrive by email and on WhatsApp.
  4. You install a player on your device and enter those details.
  5. Payment is arranged once the service is running on your own equipment.

The order comes first and the payment comes after activation. That means you can confirm the service works on your own television, on your own connection, before money changes hands. It also means there is a person in the loop rather than an automated checkout, which is why the confirmation takes minutes rather than being instant.

What you need before you subscribe

Three things, and most households already have all three.

A device that runs a player app. Samsung and LG smart TVs, the Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV boxes and Google TV devices, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, and Windows or Mac computers. Roku is the one common exception, and the Roku page explains why plainly rather than pretending otherwise.

A player app. The subscription gives you a login, not an interface. Which app suits you is decided by the device rather than by the plan, and our player comparison matches one to the other. Some of those apps charge a small one time fee to their own developer, which is not part of what you pay here.

Enough internet, steadily. Around 8 to 12 Mbps for each HD stream and 25 Mbps or more for 4K, added up across every screen running at once. Steadiness matters more than peak speed, which is the point our internet speed page goes into.

If you are wondering whether to buy new hardware first, read IPTV boxes: what to buy before you spend anything. Most households do not need to.

Watching on more than one screen

Nearly every household that subscribes ends up watching on more than one device. A television in the living room, a phone in the kitchen, a tablet for someone else entirely.

The same account works across all of those device types. What is set per account is how many screens can play at the same time, and that is arranged at activation rather than chosen from a menu. Tell us how many rooms you need when we confirm your order and it is set up that way from the start.

Moving the subscription to a different device later is not a problem either. The account is not tied to hardware. Install a player on the new device and enter the same login.

What a subscription does not include

Stated plainly, because the gaps are where disappointment comes from.

Hardware. We sell access, not boxes. Nothing here is a device, and no device sold with channels preloaded is something we would recommend buying.

The player app fee, where one applies. That money goes to the app’s developer and we cannot waive it.

Your internet connection. It is the single biggest factor in how the service feels, and it is the part we have no control over.

Certainty about any one channel. Sources change. A service that promises a specific channel forever is promising something it cannot hold.

How to judge any IPTV provider, including this one

Use the same checks on us that you would use on anyone else.

Does the pricing page state a real number? If a price only appears after you hand over contact details, that is a sales funnel rather than a price.

Is there a person to talk to before you pay? A provider that will answer a specific question about your exact television before taking money is a different proposition from one that will not.

Does it avoid promising the impossible? Nobody can honestly promise perfect uptime, instant activation, or that nothing will ever buffer. Those claims are the clearest signal that the rest of the page is not careful either.

Is the legal position described honestly? Ours is set out in is IPTV legal in the US, and the short version is that legality follows rights, not the delivery method.

Our fuller checklist for the American market sits on the IPTV service USA page.

Your first week, in order

The sequence that avoids the most frustration.

  1. Order the one month plan if this is new to you. Prove it before you commit to a year.
  2. Test on a phone first, using IPTV Smarters Pro. Two minutes tells you the account is live, independently of any television.
  3. Set the device time zone to your city, not your country, or the guide reads wrong.
  4. Use ethernet on the main screen if a port exists. This fixes more evening stuttering than any other change.
  5. Watch a full half hour block before judging it. Flicking between channels tests the interface, not the service.
  6. Message us with the specific symptom if something is off, including which app you used and what the screen said. That turns a long conversation into a short one.

Our refund policy sets out what is covered if it does not work out, and the FAQ answers the questions that come up most.

Frequently asked questions

What is an IPTV subscription? Access to live channels and on demand content delivered over your internet connection rather than a cable line or a satellite dish. You receive login details and watch through a player app on a device you already own.

How much does an IPTV subscription cost here? One month is $25, three months $40, six months $60 and twelve months $80. That works out to $25, about $13.33, $10.00 and about $6.67 per month respectively.

Do the cheaper plans include less? No. Every plan carries the same lineup and the same features. The only difference is how long the term runs.

How do I subscribe? Choose a length on the pricing page and place the order. We confirm it on WhatsApp, usually within 15 to 30 minutes, and your activation details follow by email and WhatsApp.

When do I pay? After activation. You order first, we confirm the details with you, and payment is arranged once the service is running on your own device. The site takes no card payment and stores no card details.

Is there a free trial? There is no automated free trial. The one month plan is the short commitment, and because payment comes after activation you see the service working on your own equipment before you pay for it.

Can I subscribe and watch on more than one device? Yes. The same account works across smart TVs, Fire TV Stick, Android TV boxes, phones, tablets and computers. How many screens play at the same time is set on your account at activation, so say how many rooms you need when we confirm the order.

Which app do I need after I subscribe? That depends on the device rather than the plan. Our player comparison matches each device family to the right app and links to a setup guide for each.

Can I change or cancel later? Yes. When your term ends you can choose a different length, or stop. Contact support and we will switch you rather than letting it roll on by default.
